Can I change my order from delivery to collect?
On select orders, we may be able to change your order from delivery to collect. If you want to request a change from delivery to collect, contact us at info@yltonline.co.za and use your order number as the reference in the subject line.
Item missing or incorrect in order received
If you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received. Notify us at info@yltonline.co.za.
Delivery Time Estimates
Our delivery and costs thereof are specifically for your order and depends on the items, where you want it delivered or collected and how you choose to pay. Delivery times may vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop, but always check your order’s estimated delivery date during checkout for the most accurate delivery information. We will also keep you updated on the whereabouts of your package.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery are calculated at check out. YLT Online uses a third party service provider for all our deliveries. The deliveries are calculated by the weight and dimensions of each item.
International shipping & delivery
We do not ship outside of South African from our online store at this time. If you reside outside South Africa please contact our team on (015) 293 0860 | info@yltonline.co.za to make a special arrangement!
Breakable Items
Even though we try to ensure your items reach you free of damage, due to the use of a third party delivery service we are not able to ensure that your items will reach you in the same condition as when they leave our warehouse.
